Terms of Use
Colony Enterprise Authority Compliance Department
Last updated: September 2026
These terms cover use of the Wholesale Excise Tax Return filing tool at colonyenterpriseauthority.org, operated by the Colony Enterprise Authority Compliance Department (“CEA”).
Who this is for
This tool is for licensed wholesale cultivation facilities filing their monthly wholesale marijuana excise tax return with CEA, as required under CEA’s compliance regulations.
Accuracy of filings
By submitting a return through this tool, you certify that the information provided is true, correct, and complete to the best of your knowledge, consistent with the certification statement shown on the filing form itself. Filing false or misleading information may result in penalties under CEA’s compliance regulations and applicable law.
Electronic signature
Signing your return electronically through this tool has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 7001) and Nevada’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (NRS 719). We record the name, date, IP address, and timestamp of your signature as part of that process.
No warranty
This tool is provided as-is. While we take reasonable steps to keep it accurate and available, CEA does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for filing delays caused by technical issues, outside of CEA’s standard grace period and penalty provisions.
Changes
We may update these terms or the filing tool itself as CEA’s compliance requirements change. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
