          This fee is submitted by your establishment via check or ACH bank transfer — you do not pay it yourself when submitting this application.

          Signing constitutes your electronic signature, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and Nevada's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (NRS 719). This application records the name, date, and time of signing.

          8. Important Information

          Non-refundable. Payable only by check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to Colony Enterprise Authority, mailed or hand-delivered to 1937 Prosperity St., Reno, NV 89502.

          Agent cards cannot be issued until the application fee is received.

          A background check will be performed as part of the application process. A licensed background check company will contact you by email to complete this step.

          Allow at least thirty (30) days for applications and backgrounds to be processed. Any application for renewal of an agent card must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of expiration to prevent a lapse in licensure.
