What we do

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a practical standard — including sufficient color contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation and forms, and clear labeling of form fields and error messages on our online filing tools.

This statement reflects our ongoing effort toward WCAG 2.1 AA conformance rather than a completed, independently audited certification. Some third-party embedded content (for example, linked PDFs from other agencies) may not fully meet this standard; where that’s the case, contact us for the information in an accessible format.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As we update this site and add new online forms, we test each one for keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility before it goes live.
