Marijuana Establishment Agent Registration Card Application
All employees of a cannabis business on Reno Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC) land must have a current Marijuana Establishment Agent Registration Card while employed and working at a RSIC cannabis facility. A hard copy of the application must be submitted, with check payment, and a conditional offer letter from Three Nations Management, in order to be processed.
Marijuana Quarterly Inventory Report – Excel File
Each Marijuana Establishment licensed by the Colony Enterprise Authority Compliance Department is required to conduct quarterly physical inventory counts which are to be submitted to the CEA Compliance Department. This excel form shall be used in reporting inventory to the Compliance Department.
